Unfortunately, I'm bagging on it yet again this year. Syracuse is having its own bike convention this weekend as well ... so when you pitch 5mi away vs a couple hundred, $10 to get in ... I'm going to stay local.
Take pictures though! I'll do the same, but there won't be nearly as much to look at. And mostly choppers. :-/ The new S1000RR will be there though! -------------------- |

I most likely won't be making it either, citing the same reasons as Steve... but swap the unpacking with cleaning, and digging a trench across my driveway.
The S1000RR is HOT. I saw one the other day at Cliff's. I can't wait to get my hands on one for a ride, though I suspect that will be quite a while off yet, with a demo bike not yet (if ever) available. -------------------- |

I was there on Saturday. made up my mind on Friday afternoon and bussed it out from Boston for a day trip. The show was great! definitely worth getting sick on the bus

Never having taken a bus, is there an advantage over taking the train? I'm guessing the bus is more direct, so may be faster "door to door?" -------------------- |

the advantage was the price difference. $41.50 for the round trip on the bus, vs something like $160 for the round trip on the train for the times that would have worked for me. If I had made up my mind a week earlier I could have gotten a discount on the train which would have made it about $90. In the future I'll try to make up my mind sooner and pay the extra for the train
